Pretty funny stuff (as long as I don't get a similar bill) from the wonderful world of bill modification can be found in this recent story.

I guess the concept of customer service has taken a sharp turn, prompting employees to add their two cents' worth.

In the cases cited, maybe it would've made more sense for the employees to have ignored the words of "Bitch Dog" and "Scrotum Bag." And to have remembered that some computer somewhere tracked your actions...
